Neat late use of a Bloods local post stamp, 15L14, from Philadelphia, November 1861 with #65; both stamps tied with Philadelphia postmark; also a weak bloods handstamp at lower left, sent to Danville PA. The Bloods stamp was for "to the mails" use; the Bloods carrier delivered the mail item to the post office, where the 3 cent stamp paid US domestic postage. Scarce use; Scott $225 in combination with the 3 cent issue without any premium for the postmark tie. Pretty little cover. $125
